How quickly will my coffee be roasted?

Our roast schedule for the week is below.

- Orders placed by 1pm Monday > roast Tuesday

- Orders placed by 1pm Tuesday > roast Wednesday

- Orders placed by 1pm Wednesday > roast Thursday

- Orders placed after 1pm Thursday > roast Friday

- Orders placed after 1pm Friday through Sunday > roast Monday

How will my order ship?

We ship via USPS Priority. This option is the quickest shipping method for the United States and most locations take only 2-3 business days for delivery. Tracking is included with all orders and given at the time of shipment via email confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?

Of course! We will ship anywhere in the world, orders will take 6-10 business days for delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping costs, tax, duties, etc.

Returns

Can I return my coffee?

We cannot accept returns on coffee due to the perishable nature. However we always want you to be happy with your experience with us, so if you have an issue please feel free to email or call us within 1 week of your order, we will be happy to assist you in finding something you will love.

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event of the order arriving damaged we will request a photo emailed to us of the damage and we will be happy to fix the issue! We will need your name and order number to assist in the process of getting you a replacement out. All damaged orders must be noted within 48 hours of delivery date according to your tracking number.
